At G FUEL, we want to ensure you are fully energized and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your G FUEL tubs or packs are unopened, the outer seal is intact, and the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact Support
Email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box, clearly mark your RMA number on the outside, and ship the package to our designated fulfillment center.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
